The GeneTree DNA Paternity Cheek Cells/Blood Test determines the relationship between a child and an alleged father. Provisions for testing the biological mother are included with this cheek cells/blood test at no additional charge and are totally optional.
Samples are obtained from the child and from the alleged father (a mother's participation is optional). Most often, you can collect DNA samples at home by rubbing a swab (provided in the test kit) on the inside of your cheek.
